Shipping Policy

Place your order by 9 p.m. Pacific Time on any day, and we'll have it on your doorstep exactly one week later. For instance, if you order by 9 p.m. on Tuesday, you can expect your delivery the following Tuesday.
After we receive your order, we'll send a confirmation email with your delivery date. We'll also email you when your groceries are out for delivery.

Delivery Fees and Minimum Order Requirement

Your delivery is FREE on orders of $200 or more. For orders between $50 and $199, our delivery fee is $9.99.
We require a $50 minimum order to ensure that every delivery meets our quality standards.

How do I check the status of my order?

After placing your order, we'll send an email notification with your order number. You can use this number to track the status of your order. If you don't receive your order on your delivery date, please get in touch at help@droppingbuy.com or in our web chat. Include your name and order number, and we'll investigate the issue for you.
