Damages and issues

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@droppingbuy.com or our live chat with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refunds

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you would need proof that the item that you received was in bad condition. You’ll also need a proof of purchase.

To start a refund process, you can contact us at help@droppingbuy.com or on our web chat. We will follow up with the instructions for the next steps regarding your refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at help@droppingbuy.com or on our web chat.

Please note that while we strive to keep our inventory updated, there may be instances where items displayed as available are not currently in stock. In such cases, customers will be automatically refunded for any out-of-stock items in their order.
